Andrey M. Sukhov currently serves as an independent consultant specializing in business strategy formulation and definition, as well as complex matters of financial, tax, and legal structuring for international businesses and migration affairs.

In 2018–19, Andrey served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CJSC "Business Alliance Company," a diversified holding operating enterprise. He was also a member of the Board of Directors in the group's most critical business units, which uniquely enabled him to maximize success during the holding's transformation. Prior to that, he held the position of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at "OMZ-DAELIM" LLC, a Russian-Korean Oil & Gas Joint Venture acting as an EPC contractor. Before joining "OMZ-DAELIM" in 2016, Mr. Sukhov had served since February 2004 as the Regional Tax Manager for Russia, Ukraine, the Caspian Region, and Pakistan at Shell. Concurrently, Mr. Sukhov sat on the Board of Directors of the "Shell & Aerofuels" JV and chaired the Tax Committee of the Petroleum Advisory Forum. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sukhov held several senior tax management roles within the consulting sector (Price Waterhouse and KPMG) and the oil and gas industry (Lukoil Overseas).

Mr. Sukhov has authored numerous professional publications in both Russian and international sources, addressing complex tax matters and the investment climate.

Andrey M. Sukhov was born on June 26, 1971, in Moscow. He is married. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) in 1995, earning a degree in International Economics. In 2003, he obtained a second degree in Law, graduating with honors from the Academic Law University under the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Mr. Sukhov is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, he has successfully completed various executive education programs in finance and leadership, including the "Leadership in Global Business" program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the "Managing Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures" program at INSEAD Business School.
